Tirana Photo Festival 2023, 6^th edition, was organized from 9- 17 September 2023 at Tirana Lake Park in Tirana.

This was the first outdoor edition after five successful festivals were organized on the National History Museum and Tirana Art Gallery premises.

The theme for the 6^th edition was On the Move, or Ne Levizje in Albanian. Over 500 photographers competed for the best photo in the Single Photo Category. The winner of the Festival is Majlinda Dedaj.

Driton Bublaku and Korab Basha were in second place, while Denis Morina and Blerta Hasani won third.

Many other winners, such as Renis Hyka, were for the best artistic photo. Fani Kurti for the best travel photo, and three encouraging prices for Kela Mezini, Edinjo Jahja, and Eriseld Myrto

The winner of the Photo Series category was Chiara Bellamoli.  The winner of the best video was Juan Penaloza.

Three workshops were organized in the framework of this photo festival. Photo tour by Albert Cmeta in the Cekreza Lake with young photographers.

A workshop by Bevis Fusha, Storytelling in Photography, was organized for two days with young photographers.

Roland Tasho headed another workshop titled Project in Photography, with the participation of dozens of new photographers.

A photo Album was produced at the end of the Festival with all the best 100 photos of this edition.

The Tirana Photo Festival is one of Albania’s most important photo festivals. It is organized yearly in Tirana and has worldwide participation. Tirana Municipality and other donors support it.
