Amidst sounds that breathe autumn melancholy, the October artistic calendar at TKOBAP is an inspiring journey that brings a mosaic of emotions to the heart of Tirana.

 From the International Dance Festival with performances such as PULS, Notte Morricone, Alegorías and Bate Fado, featuring names such as Jiri Kilian, Robert North, Edi Blloshmi, Aterballeto, Jonas & Lander, Ennio Morricone • to children’s activities with the “Come Sing with Us” project, • from unique recitals such as From Bach to Blues, the concert of pianist Frida Bollani, and the cello-piano duo with Ejona Nakon and Viola Paçon, • to the arrival of the 19-year-old Ukrainian conductor Olha Dondyk, with the acclaimed Albanian violinist Ionian Ilias Kadesha, • and absolute premieres with Giuseppe Gibboni and the TKOBAP Symphony Orchestra under the direction of maestro Sergio Alapont.

Also, October brings the gala evening dedicated to director Nikolin Gurakuqi, the international representation of the Ensemble in Bolzano and Rovereto, and the Orchestra’s debut at the Respighi Festival Bologna. The arrival of the Strauss Ensemble of Vienna, who mark the 200th anniversary of Strauss in Tirana. 🍂 In the melancholy of autumn, art becomes the warmth that unites us, the spirit that guides us and the light that remains even after the curtain closes.
