This exhibition brings together mixed-media works, where human traces intertwine with the architecture of the soul itself, imposing questions on our journey in this world. But with a clarity, that transformation never happens without leaving marks. “Through painting, sculpture, sand, textiles and text, Albana Ejupi explores the ways in which memory, intimacy, migration and lived experience shape the body. Her works do not present it in a static form, but as a process of research and construction, how it is shaped and disintegrated and, again and again, rebuilt.” – Shkëlzen Maliqi, curator.
