Tirana Municipality organizes every year International Equestrian Day, with participation of Albanian and foreign knights. The race takes place in a newly adapted area in front of Selman Stërmasi” stadium, in Tirana once a year. The only place to learn about this sport and practice it is Panto resort, 11 km from Tirana, close to Petrela village. Young or old, beginner or an experienced rider, Panto Resort is offering tailored training and opportunity to practice by training and demonstration as well as ensuring safety. The Panto’ s instructors and attendants are available throughout the year, and everyone have the chance to drive a horse or Poni, despite the season or the rain. The resort has also a zoo park, and a giant swimming pool, bar and restaurant.
