For the first time the magic concert of Vienna Philharmonic will be at Palace of Congresses in Tirana. Violinist Shkëlzen Doli and the Vienna Philharmonic Ensemble come with a big concert in Tirana, an outstanding artistic event for art lovers and Albanian capital. The concert will take place on January 2nd at the Palace of Congresses, a day after the concert of the Vienna Philharmonic.
