Grande Padre is a project born from the encounter between the gazes on Albania of the journalist Christian Elia and the photographer Camilla De Maffei, both engaged for years to tell a country that is close and at the same time too far away in the Italian imagination. Grande Padre was born to reflect on what remains of the years of the regime in the behavior, in everyday life, in the memory of the Albanians.
