Tirana Rocks is the first edition of the rock music festival that for the first time brings together groups from Kosovo and Albania. "This project/activity is organized within the Tirana European Youth Capital 2022 program with the financial support of the National Youth Congress in cooperation with the Municipality of Tirana.
