The wall explains man symbolically better than anything else. Human life is nailed onto the wall as the human skin is attached to the flesh. Spiritually, man made a point in the act of building the first wall. He also painted on it. He faced the wall as he faced his own shadow. He measured himself and others against it. Man shaped his gods on the top of the wall. Whilst seeking spirituality on the other side of the wall he also created the first comparison of values. The wall is the place to nail etalons upon. Objects, recognized as irrefutable evidence equal to the laws of physics, to the phenomena of nature. The man raised his standing on the wall to compare himself first, and to then compare himself with others. On the face of the wall man has nailed his very hope of immortality.
