999 Albanian Portraits

From Wednesday 13 July to Wednesday 21 July, we invite you to visit the 📸photo exhibition "999 Albanian Portraits", by the Albanian photojournalist David Hardy. "999 Albanian Portraits" is an ongoing initiative that aims to archive a comprehensive series of portraits of persons of Albanian nationality, reflecting the reality we live in. The exhibition is also an invitation for joint reflections through discussion groups on art, youth, life in Albania and the challenges of everyday life. David Hardy is a photojournalist, whose activity focuses mainly on the visual arts related to human rights, social equality, and awareness against discrimination against the LGBTI+ community, to whom he belongs as a transgender person. Hardy has opened several exhibitions related to social issues and his work has been published in local and European media. Visit us at Europe House, to check out the exhibition until Wednesday, 21 July.
