For the first time at Multisport grand field in Tirana will be organized Kick Box in park. Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate and Muay Thai. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. It is one of the sports that burn more calories because of the high pace of exercise. In addition to all the physical benefits kickboxing helps a lot in self-control, discharge of negative energies, fatigue and daily stress and gain self-defense skills. Bedri Dyrmish is the kick box instructor, national kick box champioan and winner of Balkan Open Championship on the International federation of WAKO.
