The Children of Dictatorship documentary

This Wednesday, at 18:00, Europe House invites everyone to the screening of “The Children of Dictatorship” a documentary produced by Institute for Democracy, Media and Culture (IDMC) in collaboration with the Film Department at the University of Arts in Tirana.

Directed by Besnik Bisha, the documentary is centred on four characters of different generations that were born and passed their childhood in prisons or internment areas.

"Children of the Dictatorship" aims at raising the awareness of especially the younger generation on the life of the individual when often even newborns were punished according to the law of the time as “enemies of the people”.
