Thanks to the recommendations, an unemployed person is able to secure a job as a traffic policeman. After a series of troubles and with instructions from his superiors, he also fined the mayor. But instead of praise, he risks the job. Only manages to apologize to the mayor after he apologizes. When he sees the latter's car speeding again, it does not interfere, the car goes off the road and ends up outside.
