To celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3/12) and International Human Rights Day (10/12), the Spanish Embassy in Tirana will have a film projection, as the conclusion of the Spanish Film Fridays at the Marubi Film and Multimedia Academy. After the screening, they will maintain a debate on the rights of persons with disabilities, in which emergency management of persons with disabilities will be addressed.
