International Watercolor Society of Albania in cooperation with VIZart Cultural Organization, organize the third edition of "Tirana International Watercolor Biennale 2019", an event that is going to welcome renowned national and international Watercolor Artists, from 20th to 30th September 2019 , in a unique get-together of major artistic power, in Tirana, Albania.
VIZart International Biennale “Self Portrait”, is hosting more than 140 artists from 45 countries such as Spain, Peru, England, Ireland, China, Singapore, Italy and many others, which will participate and expose their amazing artworks in different mediums.
