On July 13th, 2018 at 9:00 pm, HARABEL and DOKUFEST platforms will host an evening dedicated to the cinema and its social impact, at the Tulla Nouvelle premises in Tirana. Initially we will watch three short feature films from the DokuLab section: "Whose Flag is it ", "Decommunism," and "Giulia".
