Parku Rinia reopens for Children's Day

On 1 June 2020, youth park, Rinia Park in Tirana is reopened after one year, due to restoration.

Rinia park is situated close to the city center and the new concept is to turn it in a park for all ages, especially for children, but to reduce somehow the noise since this park is in the most popular place in Albania. The traffic around the park is always busy since it is surrounded by main boulevard, Ministries, Tajvani area, Myslym Shyri and Ibrahim Rugova streets. So there are created many green dunes to balance the acoustics and people can relax undisturbed by the cars in the main roads. There are separated places for old people, for children for cultural activities, such as small concerts and circus, and a dedicated place for dogs.

 In the main entrance of the park you can see the Monument of Independence inaugurated for 100^th anniversary of Albanian Independence in 2012.

 The other entrance is from Tajvani complex where you can see a bike stop, and the beautiful fountain, enjoy a coffee while kids are playing.
