Tirana Riverside- a new modern neighborhood in Tirana

Tirana will have a new modern neighborhood in the area known as Riverside (Bregu i Lumit). This project is realized by well-known architect Stefano Boeri and was made public a day ago. The new apartments will shelter the people and families whose houses were damaged by 26^th November earthquake in Tirana and Durres.  The area will be totally green, and the internet will be 5G. In this area will be all the facilities people need, all public offices, schools, mosque or church, hospital and people will not use cars.

The new neighborhood will shelter 11 000 citizens, or 3175 families. There will be planted the same number of trees per family, 3175 trees. Also for each family will be a dedicated car parking place, even though all people will be encouraged not to use them inside the neighborhood. There will be 3 trade centers, which will serve also for private or public offices.
