Tirana Triathlon Race for the second time in Farke

Tirana Triathlon, after its success in its first edition, returned on June 9, 2019, in Farkë with participants from Albania and other countries. Triathlon is a sport that combines the three most popular and practiced sports disciplines in a single race: swimming, cycling and jogging.

Professional and amateur athletes participated in the race, but Jelena Tomasevic won the first place for women category while for men category Strahinja Trakic was the winner of the first place.

"Tirana Triathlon" is also a good opportunity to promote various sports, physical activity and promotion of the capital's tourist attractions, as the fantastic nature of Lake Farkë - said Veliaj in his opening speech.
