A new decade has just started and January 2020 is the first month. Visit Tirana team wishes for a prosperous decade for Albania and its citizens. We wish our country be more prepared and more informed how to face the global challenges, such as climate changes impacting our country. We hope our government be more responsible toward citizens and human rights. We wish for better development, greener cities, Eco-friendly measures, more tourism offers and innovation and more tourists. This year Tirana will celebrate 100 years anniversary as Capital of Albania. It is the time for new era. New ticket prices for National History Museum

The National History Museum is one of the most visited places in Tirana. We  would like to inform all travelers and visitors that from 1 January 2020 and on the prices of tickets has changed. Please see all the information here, before you plan to visit the National History Museum. 

New bus terminals in Tirana for 2020

The 100th anniversary of Tirana as capital of Albania will find Tirana not only with a new ring road, but also with a new terminal. Read more
New Year in Tirana was celebrated in a great atmosphere. A spectacle of fireworks and the concert of New Year was attended by thousands of people gathered in Skanderbeg Square. See photo gallery here
Arilena Ara is officially the winner of Fest '58, the RTSH Festival of Songs, and will represent Albania at the European Song Festival, who will be held in the Netherlands on May 16, 2020. Se more here
